Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Yes. Financial information is part of the required supporting documentation because annual turnover and financial performance are among the SHE Awards assessment criteria.
The supporting documents generally include:
• Completed nomination form.
• SSM registration or relevant company documents.
• Financial statements and relevant financial information.
• Company profile.
• Supporting evidence of business achievements, leadership, and industry contributions.
SHE Awards recognises that financial information is sensitive and confidential. These documents are collected for verification and assessment purposes, not for publicity, and are handled according to the confidentiality procedures of the assessment process.
Nominees should prepare the required documentation to ensure that their business background and achievements can be properly evaluated.
Payment does not determine whether a nominee passes the assessment or receives a particular SHE Awards title. Being nominated does not automatically guarantee an award.
Every nominee must complete the required documentation, verification, and assessment process. The judging and award recommendation process is based on the nominee’s actual achievements and supporting information.
The commercial components relate to nomination administration, event participation, and/or publicity, depending on the applicable policy.
The distinction is important: nomination and participation arrangements are separate from the assessment outcome. Nominees should be informed of the applicable fees and terms before making a commitment, and no particular award result should be promised before the full assessment process is completed.
SHE Awards may involve different commercial components, which are explained separately to help nominees understand the applicable costs before making a commitment.
These components may include:
• Nomination component: The applicable nomination-related fee or administration component.
• Assessment process: The required assessment and verification procedures.
• Gala or table participation: The applicable participation commitment for successful nominees.
• Publicity options: Additional publicity opportunities for nominees seeking greater media exposure.
The applicable fees, compulsory commitments, and optional publicity packages should be explained clearly by the SHE Awards team before a nominee commits to participation.
Nominees should confirm the current official fee structure and participation terms directly with the organising team.
SHE Awards recognition, gala participation, and publicity should be understood as separate components, each with its own applicable terms and conditions.
Gala or table participation is compulsory if it forms part of the required participation structure for successful nominees. The organising team should explain this commitment clearly before the nominee agrees to participate.
Additional publicity packages should be described as optional only when they are genuinely optional under the applicable policy. Nominees should be informed of the available options, costs, and terms before making a decision.
Most importantly, the publicity package selected does not determine the nominee’s level of recognition or recommended award title. Award recommendations are based on the established assessment and judging process, not the amount spent on publicity.
Nominees should confirm the current participation requirements and available publicity options directly with the SHE Awards organising team.
No. Passing the audit does not automatically guarantee an award.
The audit verifies whether the submitted information has met the required verification stage. After passing this stage, the nomination must still proceed through the established assessment, judging, and approval process before the final recognition and award title are confirmed.
If a nominee does not meet the required audit or assessment criteria, the nomination will not proceed to recognition.
Any applicable refund will be handled according to the official nomination and refund policy. The sales team must not promise an award result before the full assessment process has been completed and the outcome has been confirmed.
Nominees should refer to the official policy for the applicable terms and conditions.
